Karen McClure

Karen McClure
Director & Lead Designer

Karen has successfully grown KMGD from her passion and love for the horticulture and landscaping industry.

Karen is the backbone and driving force behind KMGD that continues to learn, develop and grow her company, to provide our clients with the best service and garden designs year on year.

Karen champions everything about our industry – from attending events, seminars, awards ceremonies and trade shows, you are always likely to see a member of our great team present and chatting away with industry friends.

Not only is Karen passionate about her company, she is just as passionate about her team. Finding team members that fit within the company is important, with the right attitudes and beliefs, kindness and the ability to laugh with one another being a pre-requisite of our team ethos.

Outside of work Karen’s hobbies include plane spotting, shopping, haircuts and visiting Starbucks for her favourite earl grey tea!

Fiona Northover

Fiona Northover
Studio Manager & PA to Karen McClure

Fiona is the first point of contact for all clients, contractors and suppliers at Karen McClure Garden Design.

Fiona’s career started as a broker’s assistant to a busy desk of investment managers in the City.  After taking time out to have a family, she joined KMGD in 2016, utilising her varied skill-set to support Karen as the business grew from strength to strength.

Fiona loves the variety of the work, the strong team ethos, the creative buzz and the interesting people she gets to meet in this inspiring industry.  Although her role is largely administration, she enjoys the collaboration that the team has at every level as each highly individual project evolves.  She is passionate about ensuring that an outstanding customer service is delivered alongside the first class garden designs – she is a fundamental part of the team.

Outside of work Fiona enjoys time with her family, F1 racing, walking her lovely dogs and gardening.  She is hoping to study for her RHS qualification at some point in the future.

Fiona Campbell

Fiona Campbell

Fiona’s role is to help assist the team, manage all projects, and look after our clients’ needs. She is there to support our clients as their ‘right hand woman’ with whatever they may need. This helps to make the experience and garden design journey with KMGD more collaborative and enjoyable.

Fiona has spent the last 6 years working in our exciting industry and has a wealth of experience working with both trade, suppliers and retail customers.

Fiona is passionate about seeing a project through from start to finish and seeing the designs that our talented team create come to life! She loves the variety of different tasks that this role has and loves being part of the ever growing and evolving KMGD team!

Outside of work Fiona’s hobbies include dog walks that end up at country pubs, holidays, and socialising (cocktails!) with friends and family.
